Good Feng Shui is living with soft, rounded curves that promote harmony and positive energy. The Gherkin is my ideal shape for the promotion of harmony. It makes me feel less stressed every-time I gaze at it. To de-stress your lives choose to spend some time each day with a round, curved shape and imagine that the energy around it is strong and protective, promoting harmony not conflict. Let’s focus on building not destroying in 2013. if the human race is to survive then we must build for the future, use our individual skills and talents to build the future for the collective. Happy living dear Earthlings.

The Legacy of Wisdom on Amazon in Kindle version - big moment, very pleased. Please buy and review. Biography and pics also on Amazon. Am in the 21st Century, although today feel more like I’m in the 18th Century as feel like battling against the wind of a sailing ship.

Oh, the sheer joy of being alive! Alfie the Jack Russell. Brilliant.

View from top of hills overlooking Loch Tay - Paradise on earth, worth the 9 hours in the car to get there. Magical place, magical vibes.

Life

Life often takes us in unexpected directions, some good, some not so good. The important thing is to ride the wave, take the good and bad and learn. Most of all learn about what we want to leave in this life. What we leave will form the footprints for the next generation. Be wise, be kind and act with intelligence, a sense of fairness and justice.

Be proud. Take a step towards your personal triumph. In succeeding you will help the world to succeed. Small steps make big leaps. Big leaps make the whole world smile.

Do something to make yourself proud today

The Olympics at its purest is people striving to do their best and push themselves to achieve the extraordinary. If we offer the hand of friendship and support today then we can also change the world. Do something to make yourself proud today and the world will be a better place.

Jenson Button, JB, on his way back from the Pit Lane, where he’d held an impromptu autograph session with his fans, to the McLaren garage after the British Grand Prix. Silverstone 2012.

Jenson Button’s Mum, Simone, looking lovely on British Grand Prix race morning at Silverstone 2012. Also here are his three sisters and of course Dad, John and his beautiful girlfriend, Jessica. Good to see his loved ones here to wish him well.

Tyler and Neil looking a lot happier after a coffee and breakfast on race morning at Silverstone. British Grand Prix 2012.

John Button, Jenson’s Dad, standing, with my great friend DT sitting, in McLaren motorhome, Silverstone, race morning, British Grand Prix 2012. Gathering before the VIPs arrive. Huge crowds, good for the Brits who still turn out in dreadful weather conditions. Hope it’s a good race. Enjoy!

Early morning at Silverstone on British Grand Prix race day. In the McLaren motorhome where the boys, Tyler Alexander, who founded the team with Bruce and Teddy Mayer in 1963, and technical genius Neil Oatley, who is responsible for many race winning cars, are waking up with strong cups of coffee! Damp, grey, overcast day but lots of excitement for the race ahead. Also forza Andy Murray, go win the Men’s Single title this afternoon. All the Brits, Jenson, Lewis and fellow Scot Paul di Resta are rooting for you.

Two wonderful friends, one from McLaren and one from Ferrari - Formula One competitors on the track but true friends away from it.

Tyler and the boys at McLaren do a Sun dance to stop the rain!

How we think

How we think will redefine the world. Think of the bankers, becoming increasingly reviled and also somehow pathetic. The greed and selfishness is so 1980s, stuck in a time warp when there is so much opportunity for an innovative and customer friendly system that will still make money for all.

Unless we re-think the way we live then we’ll continue on a downward spiral and our civilisation will end as did Greeks and Romans. A pity to squander our great potential to create a world that really could be a fantastic place for all of us to fulfil our individual destiny and in doing so fulfil our collective destiny.

Go out there and change yourself and in doing so change the world.

Sporting irony

“That awkward moment when #Germany will be playing #Greece in the #EuroCup… Irony at its best. #EuroCrisis #Merkel #EuroZone #DieMannschaft”
